We also provide the option to sign a DPO agreement; please fill out the provided template for this purpose.

Clarity and Transparency

We prioritize clarity and transparency in all interactions on our website. This includes clear labels and informative sections, like the FAQ, that explain our policies in simple terms. This approach is especially applied to purchasing processes, refunds, and other key areas. We commit to notifying our users via email well in advance (7 - 14 days) of any significant changes, particularly in pricing.

Third-Party & Excluded Services

To provide you with greater functionality, ChatDash may include or offer access to optional features, services, or integrations provided by third-party vendors ("Third-Party Services").

You acknowledge that these Third-Party Services are not part of the ChatDash core service. A specific example is the "Visual Workflow Builder" feature.

These Third-Party Services may not be covered by our core security protocols or our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You agree not to use any feature explicitly labeled as (Not HIPAA-Compliant) or otherwise identified as an excluded, non-compliant, or third-party service for any purpose involving Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated sensitive data. Your use of such features is entirely at your own risk.
